In 2019, the 100th edition of the KLM Open took place at The International in Amsterdam. This makes the Dutch Open one of the oldest tournaments in the European Tour and the oldest international sporting event in The Netherlands! From the first International Golf Championship in The Netherlands in 1912 to the KLM Open 2019. Drama, world stars, Dutch success and euphoric scenes have turned “our” Open into a world-class tournament.
In 2020, the KLM Open will take place from 17 – 20 September at Bernardus Golf in Cromvoirt.
The brand new 18-hole golf course southwest of ‘s-Hertogenbosch is an initiative of Robert van der Wallen. The entrepreneur had the design made by the renowned American golf course architect Kyle Philips and Bernardus Golf was officially opened on 10 September 2018. The KLM Open is proud to add another pearl to the history of the tournament.
